What are your opening hours?
Open from early morning until just before noon. Hours shift with the market's closed days and the season, so call ahead or check Tabelog before you come.
What kinds of pickles do you sell?
About 200 kinds of pickles from all over Japan, sold by weight. You choose what you want, and how much.
What are your signature pickles?
The shop's calling cards are Edo-style bettara-zuke and nara-zuke. At the second location (6-23-10 Tsukiji), the house specialties are watermelon and melon pickled in sake lees.
Where is the shop?
The shop stands in front of the torii gate at Namiyoke Shrine, in the Tsukiji Outer Market. The main location is at 6-27-5 Tsukiji.
