- What are your opening hours?
- Open from early morning until just before noon. Hours shift with the market's closed days and the season, so call ahead or check Tabelog before you come.
- What kinds of pickles do you sell?
- About 200 kinds of pickles from all over Japan, sold by weight. You choose what you want, and how much.
- What are your signature pickles?
- The shop's calling cards are Edo-style bettara-zuke and nara-zuke. At the second location (6-23-10 Tsukiji), the house specialties are watermelon and melon pickled in sake lees.
- Where is the shop?
- The shop stands in front of the torii gate at Namiyoke Shrine, in the Tsukiji Outer Market. The main location is at 6-27-5 Tsukiji.
